Human brain on an AI body, or AI brain on a human body, and how one quietly becomes the other
A centaur is a human brain driving an AI agent. A minotaur is an AI brain driving a human agent. Which one is more powerful depends on where the hard part of the work sits, and the balance moves as models improve. I built a centaur, watched parts of it drift toward a minotaur, and wrote down the four questions I now ask of every decision in the stack.
